Choose the item you are willing to purchase, select the correct size and click ‘Add to basket’. If you are willing to purchase several items, feel free to continue site navigation, all the items added to the basket are stored in the cart until you're ready to check out.
Once you have finished shopping head over to the shopping cart and press the «Proceed to check out» button. On the new page fill all the information needed: contact information, address and shipment method, payment method, you're commentary if needed. If you obtain the discount promo-code, write it in the correct pole and press «OK» - the price will be recalculated automatically.
After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter on your email. Also you will be providede with the tracking number of your shipment.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We suggest you to double-check all the information and items during the process of placing an order. However, if you decided to make changes or cancel your order please contact our customer service by phone or chat-window as soon as possible.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Unfortunately it is possible to place an order only after registration on the site.

KM20 ships all over the world and we currently use DHL Express and EMS Post.
Shipping costs depends on delivery service you will choose - DHL Express or EMS Post.
When will I receive my item(s)?
International delivery takes from 2 up to 10 days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Within Moscow your item will be delivered on the next day after your order was placed.
Within Russian Federation your item will be delivered in 1-4 days after your order was placed.
Can I collect my order myself?
You are able to collect your purchase yourself from the KM20 store located in Moscow, Stoleshnikov lane 2.
If your order was paid online, your ID card or passport needed to collect your purchase.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order by using the tracking number, which is available in your account. Tracking number is also sent to your email, which was used during registration.
Please take notice, shipping details will be available only after delivery courier will get your item.
RETURNS AND REFUNDSCan I return the item?
You can return your item for a refund within 14 days your purchase date.
You can only return the item in the original condition with all the labels attached and in the original packaging.
To make a return please contact our client service by phone or by mail firstname.lastname@example.org State the number of the order, item you want to return and the cause of the return. Our customer service specialists will help you to fill the return-from correctly and will tell you about the options how to return the item to the store.
The full price of the order will be returned?
Full price will be returned except delivery costs and return delivery costs.
When will I receive my refund?
After collecting your item, we begin the refund procedure. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
